If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we are happy to exchange it for another piece of jewelry that is equal to the value of the piece that you ordered. Customer will be responsible for return postage of the original item in its original condition within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for this exchange. Bracelet Sizes
All of our bracelets are made with premium elastic that will not lose its shape. Each bracelet can be customized to size. We recommend selecting a bracelet size that is .5 inch larger than your wrist size depending on how you like your fit.
Necklace Length
All our necklaces range in measurement from 32-40 inches in length. Length is noted on each product page.
Metal Finishes
We love good quality handmade jewelry so we pride ourselves in what we do. We select precious metals and all our earring wires are silver plated, gold plated or gold filled. All our metal beads are either gold plated over brass, gold plated over steel, gold plated over alloy or silver plated over brass, silver plated over steel or silver plated over alloy, gold metal finish or a silver metal finish.
